We strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our digital and subscription-based products, the following refund policy applies.

1. Eligible Refund Situations:

  • Product not delivered within the expected time (24-48 hours).

  • Product/service not working and not fixable by our team within 72 hours.

  • Duplicate payments made in error.

2. Non-Refundable:

  • Digital products once delivered or activated.

  • Services that depend on customer-provided data/logins.

  • Change of mind after service has been rendered.

3. How to Request a Refund:

  • Email: support@azadtools.com with your Order ID and issue.

  • Refund requests must be made within 3 days of purchase.

  • Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5–7 working days.
